Libby DeLucia-Harting founded Empowering Work Advisors to meet the growing government mandates to leverage clean energy investments to provide good jobs to disadvantaged and historically marginalized communities. Libby has over fifteen years of experience in clean energy, workforce development, finance and philanthropy. She earned her MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was Co-President of the MIT Energy Club, and her BA in Environmental Studies from Brown University.

Throughout her tenure in clean energy and workforce development, Libby has built an extensive network spanning multiple sectors.
